Andy Freeman is an education consultant and executive coach with over 20 years’ experience leading international schools across Africa, Russia, and Asia. His leadership includes roles with Shell and the founding of a British school in Korea, combining corporate and not-for-profit experience to create schools rooted in service and shared values.

A qualified ILM Level 7 Executive Coach, Andy applies a coaching-informed approach to leadership, empowering adults and students alike to make purposeful choices for improvement. He has guided schools to international accreditation and regularly shares his learning on leadership and culture through conferences, webinars, and workshops.
