Robin Belles
I have been in education most of my working life.
In classrooms, in boardrooms, and everywhere in between.
As a teacher, from primary to university level. As a director and cluster leader. Designing curricula, courses and customised professional development. Building organisations. Founding schools.
Working on quality assurance and policies for individual schools, large foundations, non-profit organisations, local and federal governments, and multinationals.
And throughout all of it — recruiting, coaching and developing the leaders who make it work.
That breadth is not incidental. It shapes everything I do. I have seen education from enough angles to know where the real leverage is.
Time and again, it comes back to the same two things:
The quality of leadership. The quality of learning. And the relationship between the two.
