I speak at conferences, leadership days and board sessions — on school leadership, on learning, and on what connects the two.

Not merely to inspire. To provoke thinking and sharpen practice.

The topics I return to most are the ones that run through all my work: what leadership actually looks like up close, what drives it forward, and what makes it stick.
